Guest operations · Guest experience · Local revenue

One QR code in every room. Requests handled, guests guided, local revenue unlocked.

Stayhos is more than service requests. Scroll through one stay and watch the whole system work — guest, staff, and local businesses connected by a single room QR code.

What do hotel teams get?

A room-based request workflow that replaces phone calls and scattered notes: guests ask from the room QR code, staff manage everything in one realtime dashboard, and email notifications keep the team aligned.

1QR Guest Hub

Every room gets its own QR card. Scanning opens a hotel-specific Guest Hub in the browser — no app download, no account.

2Guest service requests

Towels, cleaning, maintenance, reception help. The guest picks a request, adds a note, and submits — room context comes from the QR code.

3Realtime staff dashboard

Requests appear by room with type, note, and status. Staff move each one from Pending to In Progress to Completed.

4Email notifications

Email updates with action links keep the right staff informed as requests are assigned and move through the workflow.

Business lead flow

How do guests discover local businesses?

The Guest Hub links to Discover Near Us, where guests browse the restaurants, tours, transfers, and activities their hotel recommends — and submit a request when they want one.

Hotel-curated, not an open marketplace

The hotel chooses which local businesses appear in Discover Near Us. Guests see trusted recommendations from their hotel.

Leads are intentional

A lead is created only when a guest fills in and submits a request to a business. Contact details are shared only at that moment.

Businesses own their leads

Each business manages its leads in its own dashboard — accept, decline, contact, confirm, complete.

Separate from hotel operations

The business dashboard never touches hotel operational data, and partner leads stay separate from hotel service requests.

Boundaries

What Stayhos is not.

Not a hotel booking site

Stayhos is used after check-in, inside the hotel room.

Not a hotel directory

Hotels onboard privately. There is no public hotel listing or ranking.

Not just a QR menu

Requests, staff workflows, and local discovery — not a static info page.

Not a generic CRM

Built around in-stay hotel operations and local business leads.

No guest app download

The Guest Hub opens in the browser from the room QR code.

FAQ

Common questions about Stayhos.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code in their room and the Guest Hub opens in the browser. No installation or account is required.

What does hotel staff see?

Staff see guest service requests by room — type, note, and status — in a realtime dashboard. For local partner leads, hotel staff have tracking visibility only; the business owns the follow-up.

How do local businesses get leads?

A partner hotel activates the business so it appears in Discover Near Us. When a guest submits a request, the lead arrives in the business's own dashboard, where the business accepts, declines, contacts, and confirms it.

Does Stayhos process payments?

No. Stayhos does not process payments, payouts, or invoices. Commission and settlement tracking are manual today, and businesses arrange payment directly with the guest.

Is PMS API integration required?

No. Stayhos works without a PMS. Hotels can optionally import guest stays from a CSV export. Real PMS API integration is on the roadmap and is not live today.

Does Stayhos guarantee bookings?

No. Stayhos delivers guest leads to local businesses; each business confirms and arranges the booking directly with the guest.
