Hotels start without PMS integration
A pilot never waits on an IT project. Optional CSV guest-stay import exists; real PMS API integration is on the roadmap, not live today.
No guaranteed leads or bookings
Local business leads depend on real guest interest at partner hotels. Stayhos does not promise lead volume, bookings, or revenue.
Not a hotel booking site
Stayhos is used after check-in, inside the room. It does not help travelers find or book hotels.
Not a public marketplace
Discover Near Us is hotel-curated. Each hotel chooses the local businesses its guests see — there is no open listing.
No payments, payouts, or invoices
Stayhos does not process money today. Businesses arrange payment directly with the guest.
Manual revenue foundation
Commission and settlement tracking are manual and read-only where hotels use them — no automatic commission calculation.

Yes. Most pilots start with a limited room group — for example 50–100 rooms, one floor, or one building. Each room gets its own QR card, so the rollout can grow room by room.
Can local businesses request partner access?
Yes. Send your business type, city, and the hotels near you. Stayhos onboards local businesses alongside pilot hotels, and your team joins through a secure invite once a partner hotel is live nearby.
Is Stayhos a public marketplace?
No. Discover Near Us is hotel-curated: each hotel chooses which local businesses appear in its own Guest Hub. There is no public listing, search ranking, or open marketplace.
Does Stayhos guarantee leads or bookings?
No. Leads depend on real guest interest at partner hotels. Stayhos does not promise lead volume, bookings, or revenue.
Does Stayhos process payments or payouts?
No. Stayhos does not process payments, payouts, or invoices, and commission tracking is manual today. Businesses arrange payment directly with the guest.
Is PMS integration required for a hotel pilot?
No. Stayhos works without a PMS. Hotels can optionally import guest stays from a CSV export to validate QR scans against verified stays. Real PMS API integration is on the roadmap and is not live today.
What should a local business include in the message?
